Once your order is received back at the studio we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges will be refunded back to the card you used to purchase the item. Shipping costs on returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item).


The return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase - we will do our best to find your order based off of mailing address, name, or order number, however to guarantee that the order is found please hang on to your proof of purchase.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Art prints are handmade, so please allow for minor variations by print. We do our best to photograph items as close as possible to their true color, however because of variations between monitors what you see on your screen may not be the true color of the print.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
