ORDERING PROCESS
When will my order ship?
We ship orders within 3-5 business days via USPS - if there will be a delay we will message you ahead of time to let you know. 

How are the prints packaged?
All items are packaged in branded packaging and shipped in sturdy mailing material to ensure they arrive safely. Our 8x10 prints are shipped flat in a chipboard envelope with backer, and most other prints are rolled in shipping tubes. 

What should I do if someone stole my package?
As of 2024 we have partnered with Corso, a package protection company, to help protect your orders. When you select Corso at checkout, your order is protected from damage, loss, or theft, and you can file a claim with Corso to receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. The Wild Wander is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we strongly suggest adding Corso to protect your package.

I'm ordering internationally, am I going to be charged customs?
Customs charges are not in our control, and we have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed, or how much they will be - the tax is levied by your country and your country alone. Not every package is taxed, but it is your responsibility to know and pay any import fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties imposed by your country's customs service. Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond original delivery-time estimates.

Can I return my order? 
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase of merchandise in its original condition. Shipping costs on returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Please see the Returns page for full information on the returns process. 

Can you gift wrap my order? 
At this time we are unable to offer gift wrapping, however each order is carefully packaged in kraft paper and Wild Wander branded packaging. 

Do you offer local pickup in Richmond? 
Yes - please select local pickup at checkout.After your order is placed we will contact you via email to schedule a pick up at our store at 425 Strawberry Street.

GENERAL
My print was rolled and now it's curly! How can I flatten it? 
Shipping the prints rolled is the best way to ensure they arrive safely without any bends or creases, but you may need to flatten out the print upon arrival. Simply unroll the print on a flat surface like a desk, and lay heavy books on the ends of the print. The print will flatten on its own within a few hours. 

Can you change the size of the print?
Unless otherwise noted on the website, all prints are only available in the sizes listed.

Do you have a store I can visit?
Check out our stockist page to see if a retailer carries us near you, or come visit our location in Richmond at 425 Strawberry Street.

Do you take freelance projects? 
I'm happy to collaborate on custom illustration and lettering for editorial work, chalk lettering installations, and illustrated branding elements - please contact me with your project specifications and I'll be able to provide you with more information. 

What are your freelance illustration rates?
It's difficult for me to quote a project without knowing the medium, intended use of the work, and the rights that you need for your project. If you're interested in collaborating on a project, contact me with your ideas for the project, timeline, how the illustration will be used, and your ideal budget (if available), and I'll be able to provide you with a more accurate, personalized quote.
