FAQ

ORDERING PROCESS
When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 3-5 business days via USPS - if there will be a delay we will message you ahead of time to let you know.

How are the prints packaged?
All items are packaged in branded packaging and shipped in sturdy mailing material to ensure they arrive safely. Our prints are shipped flat in a chipboard envelope with sturdy backer.

I'm ordering internationally, am I going to be charged customs?
Customs charges are not in our control, and we have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed, or how much they will be - the tax is levied by your country and your country alone. Not every package is taxed, but it is your responsibility to know and pay any import fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties imposed by your country's customs service. Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond original delivery-time estimates.

Can I return my order?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase of merchandise in its original condition.
Shipping costs on returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Please see the Returns page for full information on the returns process.

Can you gift wrap my order?
At this time we are unable to offer gift wrapping, however each order is carefully packaged in kraft paper and Wild Wander branded packaging.

Do you offer local pickup in Richmond?
Unfortunately I am no onger able to

GENERAL.

Can you change the size of the print?

CUSTOM WORK

Do you take freelance projects?
I'm happy to collaborate on custom illustration and lettering for editorial work, chalk lettering installations, and illustrated branding elements - please contact me with your project specifications and I'll be able to provide you with more information.

What are your freelance illustration rates?
It's difficult for me to quote a project without knowing the medium, intended use of the work, and the rights that you need for your project. If you're interested in collaborating on a project, contact me with your ideas for the project, timeline, how the illustration will be used, and your ideal budget (if available), and I'll be able to provide you with a more accurate, personalized quote.
