The father daughter team of David and Libby at Syracuse Salt Co are working to bring the storied history of salt back to Syracuse. Known as the Salt City since the 18th century, Syracuse's salt springs leave the roads appearing to be covered in snow. 

From deep waters flowing 280 feet below Syracuse, the brine for the Salt City Flake Salt creates a soft, snow white flake perfect for finishing your dish.

Chequessett is a team favorite here at The Wild Wander. Katherine and Josiah (a sixth generation Provincetown fisherman!) are self-taught chocolatiers, creating their bean-to-bar chocolate in North Truro.
