2021 Holiday Shipping Guide

As we approach the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, small businesses are facing unique challenges with supplies and shipping. We want to make sure you've got the guidance you need to make ordering easy, so you can focus on the joys of the season.

We're doing our best to keep items well stocked for the holidays, but ongoing supply chain issues mean we can not guarantee restocks on customer favorites.


Choosing a carrier

Our default shipping is USPS, however we have seen issues with delays and tracking not being updated. For the most up to date tracking, please choose UPS or FedEx at checkout.

Shop Early

Extraordinary global events have created ongoing shipping delays. Getting your orders in early allows both the WWCo. team and our shipping partners the best chance of you receiving your gifts in time.


Tracking your gifts

Due to extraordinary delays, we ask that you allow up to fourteen days for your order to arrive after it ships. We understand the frustration with long wait times, and encourage you to order as soon as possible to avoid the stress of last minute order tracking.

WHERe'S MY ORDER?

No one wants to spend the holidays tracking down gifts, so here's our fulfillment team's rundown of the best ways to avoid the stress of a late package.

  • USPS does not always scan in orders, meaning you will not receive tracking information even when the order is in transit.

  • For the most up to date tracking please choose UPS or FedEx at checkout.

  • We are happy to check on your order status, but once an order is shipped we do not have access to tracking information beyond the shipping carrier tracking number. Your best chance of tracking an order is following up with the carrier.

  • Please allow up to 14 days after your order has shipped for it to arrive. If it has not arrived at that point, we are happy to reship.
